VLADIMIR MAKHANKOV, Senior Advisor

Vladimir Makhankov holds an M.S. in theoretical nuclear physics and mathematics from Moscow Engineering Physics Institute, a Ph.D. in plasma physics from the Joint Institute of Nuclear Research in Dubna, Russia, and a doctor of science degree from Kharkov University. He worked as a scientist for the Joint Institute of Nuclear Research, for Los Alamos National Laboratory, and for the Center for Adaptive Systems Applications in Los Alamos. He has published extensively on theoretical physics, mathematics, and the application of nonlinear science to engineering and financial questions.
