PHILIP W. KITHIL, Senior Consultant

Mr. Kithil earned his B.A. in Economics from Middlebury College in 1965, and an M.S.B.A Degree in Economics from The University of Denver in 1971. His primary work experience centers on business start-ups and recoveries, including the fields of apparel manufacturing (1972-86); economic analysis for trade associations (1987-89); advertising (1989-90); non-profit organizations (1990-93); and automotive safety (1993-present). Mr. Kithil is founder and President of Advanced Safety Concepts, Inc. (ASCI), a technology licensing firm that is developing an occupant sensing system used for OEM advanced restraint systems and for impaired driver detection.
