Complexica, Inc:
Complexica was founded in January 1999 by John Casti and Roger Jones. Complexica's mission was to develop intellectual
property through consulting relationships with corporate clients and to commercialize that intellectual property by creating spin-offs or partnerships
that focused on targeted vertical markets. Complexica created three such relationships. On December 31, 2004, Complexica merged with its daughter company,
CommodiCast, Inc, now Qforma, Inc.
Qforma is currently focusing on the Pharmaceutical and Finance verticals.We have preserved the Complexica website as of the date of the merger.
