Whoever has the potatoes signals the tune change -  2 tune sets run 5 or 6 x 
  before a tune change, 3 tune sets run 3 to 5 x before a change.  
  Watch for the foot and PASS IT ON - (there should be several feet 
  repeating the signal?)

Waltz at the first break is LORD INCHIQUIN from Fiddlers Fake Book

Polka for end of break is THE CLANSMAN that was recently done on Monday 
   eve, and is on the web.  We'll play 1234, each tune twice.  (I'll have copies there)

Last waltz is SI BEG SI MORE (2x)/CAPTAIN O'KANE (3x).  We'll trade the melodies on these.
